Each Zavos Home Conception Pak™ includes the following items:

  1. My Fertility Test
    • Contains five ovulation prediction tests and one pregnancy test
  2. Zavos Seminal Collection Device (ZSCD™)
    • Now with two lubricated, ultra-thin, non-latex, non-spermicidal condoms (in case of breakage or spillage)
  3. Test Tube
    • One 50 mL test tube for aspirating semen into the syringe
  4. Cervical Cup with Stem
    • Includes one polyethylene insemination cup with stem, one 3mL syringe, one insemination cannula, and one tamper rod
  5. Pre-Seed Lubricant
    • Contains one pH balanced non-spermicidal lubricant designed to match cervical mucus
